2 months old already!!!

Can you believe that I am 2 months old already?!?! Mommy took me to the doctor the other day for a check up. I now weigh 11lb. 13oz. and I am 23 inches long. I am really growing!!! Mommy says I am a great baby. I've been sleeping through the night since I was 5 weeks old. Mommy says that is such a blessing, and that she can be a good mommy because she too is getting a lot of sleep. I LOVE to smile and "talk"... I'm getting really good at cooing and ahhing. Life sure is fun... I love watching my big sister play and I can't wait until I can play with her. Mommy says she's in no hurry for me to grow up... she likes me being little, so I think I'll stay this way for a little while yet :)


Daddy got a new camera for Christmas and he is just as bad as mommy... he doesn't put that thing down... but who can blame him when I'm just so cute and happy!!!

Although... I am not always happy...

Today was shot day and I am not feeling so well...

Look at my poor little legs...

I had 4 shots, and boy did they hurt!!!

Mommy said I have to get them so I stay healthy.

I really was a trooper and within a day I was MUCH better!!!

Christmas Morning...

I got lot's of new things for Christmas. Santa brought me diapers, diapers and more diapers... I guess he knows that I am a pooping machine!!! I also got some more clothes and some toys. It was a lot of fun and I can't wait until next year... I'm going to be REALLY good this year since Santa is watching me :)

Rozema Christmas...

Grandma, grandpa and uncle Travis came over on Christmas Eve to celebrate Christmas. Mommy made dinner and then we all opened our Christmas presents. Claudia helped open mine. It was PRETTY exciting!!! I got some new clothes, some toys, diapers, formula and even my own music station (which of course my big sister LOVED too)!!! We had a very nice with everyone. Before bed we set out cookies and milk for Santa and then daddy read Twas the Night Before Christmas and then it was off to bed for us girls.

Van Dyke Christmas...

All these Christmas parties sure do make a little girl tired. I spent most of Christmas with grandma and grandpa Van Dyke sleeping... but they didn't seem to mind. The show went on without me awake.

Since I slept most of the time Claudia was a big helper and helped open my presents. I got some new clothes, some teddy bears, a Jack in the Box, a Top and a Tea Set for when I get bigger. I can't wait to play with everything...

Stegenga Christmas...

We celebrated Christmas with mama's family at great-grandma's new condo's clubhouse. It was nice and warm and toasty in there. I got to meet some new family memebers. Everyone said I was SUPER cute. My big sister Claudia opened my presents for me... I can't wait to play with them!!! It won't be much longer... I am growing up really quick!!!

Santa that is... he was SO nice to me and my big sister. He loved my name and said he'd be making a special trip to my house on Christmas Eve. I can't wait!!!

My first Christmas Party

I had my 1st Christmas party and boy was it fun!!! We got together with the Horlings and had a great time. I had fun listening to everyone play BINGO and I also got a lot of presents. I can't wait for the rest of our Christmas parties :)
